muscle testing to pinpoint the exact settings that will yield the best results. Following each session, you will notice significant improvements in both your mental and physical wellness. During the Light Therapy session, you'll be enveloped in white light, where you will also encounter from your brain captivating colors and geometric shapes, designed to engage your brainwaves for optimal performance. Each empowering session lasts for 30 minutes, setting you on a path to a revitalized mind and body.

Held in a dimly lit room or outside on warmer days participants are invited to close their eyes or maintain a soft gaze. Maggie guides everyone through an 11-layer music journey, starting with the Gateway, where you can listen to your bodies intelligence by identifying limitations. As you progress through the layers, you will release physical and emotional tension, transforming acceptance into exceptional experiences. This process also balances the Yoga 5 Koshas, enhancing your connection with the body’s higher intelligence and freeing your mind from stress and worry. The class concludes with stillness, allowing for body and mind repair and a natural meditative state.
